Joyful x ITEDA Creative Drawing Competition 2025

In collaboration with Joyful World International Nursery & Kindergarten, ITEDA proudly presents the "Design a New Hat for the Mad Hatter" Creative Drawing Competition 2025. This competition provides a platform for young artists to showcase their creativity and imagination through art, fostering artistic expression and cultural exchange in a fun, whimsical setting inspired by Alice in Wonderland.

The competition is conducted online, allowing participants to complete and submit their artwork in as little as 30 minutes! All participants will receive a digital participation certificate, winners will be awarded physical prizes and certificates, and we welcome entries from individuals, groups, and schools in Hong Kong and overseas.

Competition Details and Format

The competition is held online. Participants must submit their artwork by the specified deadline, and entries will be judged by a panel from ITEDA.

Artwork Requirements

Entries must be created on the template provided by ITEDA. The template must be printed on A4 paper and participants may use any art materials, such as colored pencils, crayons, oil pastels, watercolors, acrylics, colored paper, glitter, velvet, feathers, etc. Photos or computer-generated images are not accepted. Participants must upload a photo of themselves with their artwork. Entries must not have been submitted to other competitions. If an entry is published or submitted elsewhere before the results announcement, it will be disqualified.

Registration and Submission Process

1. Online Registration and Payment:
   Register and pay via the ITEDA website by selecting the competition and category. Provide the participant’s or contact person’s name and contact details during registration.
2. Artwork Submission:
   After registration and payment, participants will receive a submission form via WhatsApp or email within 2 working days. When submitting artwork, participants must include their full name and relevant details. Submissions can be sent as photos of the artwork via WhatsApp or email.
3. Announcement of Finalist:
   All finalists will be notified via email or WhatsApp by 17th May 2025 at the latest, following the submission deadline and entry review. Finalists are required to send their original artwork to ITEDA via SF Express by 20th May 2025. Finalists and their parent must personally attend the event on 24th May 2025 at Joyful World International Nursery & Kindergarten Tuen Mun Campus to showcase their artwork in Joyful's Children's Creative Art Gallery and participate in the closing ceremony and awards presentation. Failure to attend will result in automatic disqualification, and their artwork will not be displayed at the event.
   
4. Results Announcement:
   Results will be announced and prizes will be awarded on 24th May 2025 at the closing ceremony held at Joyful World International Nursery & Kindergarten Tuen Mun Campus. Other non-finalist participants will receive a notification of results, a digital certificate, and details for collecting physical prizes (if applicable) via email on the announcement day.
   
   

Event Highlights:

• Finalists’ Showcase: Finalists’ artwork will be showcased at Children's Creative Art Gallery in the Joyful World International Nursery & Kindergarten Tuen Mun Campus.
• Voting at the Children's Creative Art Gallery: On 24th May, during the event, guests and visitors of Children's Creative Art Gallery can vote for their favorite hat design.
• Closing Ceremony: Winners will be announced, and prizes will be awarded at the end of the event on 24th May 2025.

Scoring Criteria

Entries will be judged out of 100 points based on the following criteria:

• Drawing Technique: 30%
• Creativity: 30%
• Application of Colours: 20%
• Artwork Composition: 20%

Awards and Prizes

The competition will be judged separately for each category, with the following awards:

If the judges determine that no participant in a category meets the award criteria, no awards or prizes will be given for that rank.

Additional Terms:

• Participants must not falsify their age. If a participant’s age does not match the registered category, ITEDA reserves the right to disqualify them.
• Minors must have parental or guardian consent to participate in the competition, and their artwork must be submitted through their parents or guardians.
• Artwork must not contain commercial, political, obscene, violent, inappropriate, or controversial content. Violators will be disqualified.
• ITEDA reserves the right to reject entries that are inappropriate, irrelevant to the theme, or incorrectly formatted.
• There is no appeal process; the judges’ decisions are final.
• Violations of competition rules will result in disqualification.
• Application Fee is non-refundable if participants miss the submission deadline or are disqualified.
• Registrations cannot be canceled or modified, and entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• By registering, participants agree to allow ITEDA to use their photos and/or videos from the competition for educational or promotional purposes, including publications, websites, and social media. Winners’ names and details may also be published.
• By registering, participants agree to all competition rules, terms, and conditions, with ITEDA reserving the right to final interpretation.
• In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these guidelines, the English version shall prevail.
• ITEDA retains the final decision in any disputes.

Joyful x ITEDA 創意繪畫比賽 2025

今次比賽與心怡天地國際幼兒園合作，ITEDA很高興推出「為瘋帽匠設計新帽」創意繪畫比賽2025。比賽旨在為年幼藝術家提供展示創意與想像力的平台，透過藝術促進藝術表達與文化交流，並以愛麗絲夢遊仙境為靈感，營造有趣的創作環境。

比賽以線上形式進行，參加者最快可於30分鐘內完成並提交作品，輕鬆參賽！所有參加者均會獲得電子參與證書，得獎者將獲頒實體獎品及獎狀，歡迎香港及海外的個人、團體及學校報名參賽。

比賽內容及形式

比賽以線上形式進行，參賽者需要並於指定日期前提交參賽作品，由評判作出評審。

參賽作品要求

• 作品在本機構提供的文稿上進行創作。
  
• 文稿用A4紙打印出來，再以不同的美藝材料進行創作，例如：木顏色、蠟筆、油粉彩、水彩、廣告彩、塑膠彩、色紙、彩麗皮、絨布、羽毛等。唯不接受相片或由電腦生成之圖像。
• 參賽者需上傳參賽者與作品的合照。
  
• 參賽者提交的影片/作品需未曾參與其他比賽。若在比賽結果公佈前，參賽作品經任何形式在公眾報刊、網絡或其他比賽等場合發表、發報或出版，將會被取消參賽資格。

重要日子

• 截止報名日期：2025年5月13日
• 截止上載日期：2025年5月14日
• 宣佈入圍通知日期：2025年5月15-17日
• 得獎公佈日期：2025年5月24日

報名及參賽流程

1. 網上報名及繳款：
   選擇比賽活動及參賽組別後，於 ITEDA 網站報名及繳款。報名時必須提供參賽者或聯絡人的名稱及聯絡方式。
   
   
2. 遞交參賽作品：
   完成報名及繳款後，參賽者會於2個工作天內透過 WhatsApp 或電郵收到參賽作品遞交表格。遞交參賽作品時，務必提供參賽者本人姓名及相關資料，並以作品照片形式透過 WhatsApp 或電郵提交。
   
   
3. 入圍通知：所有入圍參賽者將於報名截止及遞交參賽作品後，最遲於2025年5月17日透過電郵或WhatsApp收到入圍通知。入圍者參賽者須於2025年5月20日前透過順豐速運將原件作品寄送至ITEDA。入圍參賽者及家長必須親身出席2025年5月24日在心怡天地國際幼兒園屯門校園舉行的「兒童創意美術展」，以展示其作品及參與當日的閉幕禮及頒獎典禮。如入圍參賽者未能出席，視為自動放棄入圍資格，其作品將不會在「兒童創意美術展」中展出。
   
   
4. 公佈比賽結果：
   比賽結果將於2025年5月24日在心怡天地國際幼兒園屯門校園舉行的比賽閉幕禮及頒獎典禮上公佈。其他未能入圍的參賽者會於當日透過電郵收到比賽結果通知、電子證書及實體奬品領取方式（如適用）。

活動亮點:

• 入圍者展示：入圍者的作品將於2025年5月24日在心怡天地國際幼兒園屯門校園的「兒童創意美術展」展出。
• 「兒童創意美術展」投票：2025年5月24日「兒童創意美術展」活動當日，「兒童創意美術展」的參加者可美術展投票選出最喜愛的帽子設計。
• 閉幕禮：得獎者將於2025年5月24日活動結束時公佈並頒獎。
  
  

評分準則

比賽成績以100分為滿分，並以下述三項為評分準則:

• 繪畫技巧：30%
• 創意：30%
• 色彩運用：20%
• 作品構圖：20%

獎項與獎品

比賽將按每個組別進行獨立評分，每個參賽組別均設有以下獎項：

• 如果評判認爲該組未有任何參賽者達到獲獎水平，將不會頒發任何獎項名次及該名次之獎品。

其他條款

1. 1. 1. 參賽者嚴禁虛報年齡。如發現參賽者之真實年齡與報名資料不相符，主辦單位有權取消其於相關項目的參賽資格。
      2. 未成年之參賽者必須得到其家長或監護人同意報名參賽，並透過其家長或監護人遞交參賽作品。
      3. 參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素，亦不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何具爭議性或不恰當之內容。如有違規者，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格。
      4. 主辦單位有權拒絕不恰當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。
      5. 本會不設上訴制度，比賽結果以評審的評核為準。
      6. 參賽者如有違反任何比賽規則，主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格。
      7. 如參賽者因任何原因未能於截止日期前遞交作品，或因任何原因被取消參賽資格，參賽費用將不獲退回。
      8. 參賽者提交報名後不設取消或更改，所有報名費用均不設退款，參賽名額亦不得轉讓。
      9. 一經報名參加比賽，即代表參賽者已同意並授權本會保留及使用參賽者於比賽中之照片及/或錄像作教育或宣傳用途，包括本會的所有出版刊物、本會網站和社交網站；並於本會刊物，包括本會網站及社交網站，刊登及公佈得獎者的姓名及有關資料。
      10. 一經報名參加比賽，即代表參賽者已同意所有比賽規則、條款和章程，而本會保留對比賽規則、條款和章程的最終解釋權。
          
      11. 如本指引的中文版本與英文版本有任何差異，概以英文版本為準。
      12. 如有任何爭議，本會保留最終決定權。
